Description


Black-eyed Susan is the most common and widespread of our native coneflower-type plants. It grows in sunny, upland habitats, in dry to somewhat moist situations, and on a variety of soil types. It is short-lived but readily re-seeds. A tough, reliable plant, Black-eyed Susan continues to bloom with cutting.
